You can order by subscribing today to one of our bundles in which Precision Supplements are included or purchase a Gut Intelligence or Full Body Intelligence stand alone test and order within your account once you receive your results.

What ingredient types are included in my formula?

Your Viome Precision Supplements formula will include your very own combination of vitamins, minerals, food extracts, amino acids, herbs, and digestive enzymes. The average formula contains ~50 ingredients, but will depend on your test results.

Once I get my test results, when do I get my supplements?

After your results are released, the processing for the first order of your supplements formula begins- there's no action you need to take. The first order typically arrives at your door about 20 days after your results are released, and then approximately every 30 days thereafter.

At Viome, we focus on precision and we're committed to adapting with advances in science and technology—along with the changes you experience on your own health journey. In an effort to keep your formula up-to-date, the team may further refine your personalized probiotic and prebiotic recommendations when you retest, if we make any improvements to our ingredient database, and when new research and science trains our AI that may lead to a better understanding of what is best for you. Even if you have not recently retested, you may see slight adjustments in your food or supplement recommendations, including the addition of new ingredients. If you have a diagnosed nutrient deficiency or a specific medical condition requiring supplementation, please continue working with your healthcare provider to determine what combination is safe and effective for you and your specific health goals.

Does Viome test for nutrient deficiencies?

When your body isn't receiving the nutrients it needs to function optimally, it can lead to health consequences. Taking vitamins and minerals solely based on a deficiency might only be masking the problem. At Viome, we aim to target the root cause by providing you with precision nutrients to improve those root causes like nutrient absorption, metabolism, cellular energy production, and so much more.

Should I stop taking my current supplements before I take a Viome test?

We recommend discontinuing any off-the-shelf supplements for one week before taking your Viome test. However, if there are any supplements or medications that have been recommended or prescribed to you by your physician, we recommend continuing those while testing.

Is there a cancellation fee?

A cancellation fee may apply if you cancel before four orders. We offer the flexibility to pause or change your order date through your account.

Do you store my data? How does Viome handle my personal data?

To ensure the confidentiality of your data, we separate users' personally identifiable information (PII) from protected health information (PHI) and use multiple layers of encryption and access protection. We do not provide your information or results to employers or health insurance companies. Viome will never sell your data.
