The Foundation Every Gut Needs

Most supplements guess. We have the data.
Most gut supplements are built on general assumptions about what the gut can benefit from. Advanced TriSynbiotic™ started somewhere different. Across one million microbiomes tested, clear patterns emerged in the data, and those patterns pointed toward a small set of gut functions that matter for nearly everyone. That is what guided the ingredients chosen for this formula, and why each one is there.
The result is a daily synbiotic designed to support the core functions your gut relies on, so the everyday things you notice, like digestion and steady energy, have a strong foundation underneath them.* No Viome test is required to take it. Advanced TriSynbiotic™ is a foundational gut health supplement anyone can start with.*
What "foundational" really means
Your gut does a lot of quiet work, and most of it depends on three things being in good shape.
The first is the gut lining, the barrier that separates what is inside your digestive tract from the rest of your body. The second is a steady supply of butyrate, a short-chain fatty acid that fuels the cells of your colon. The third is a balanced baseline, a gut environment that stays reasonably steady day to day. Advanced TriSynbiotic™ is built to support all three at once.*
Inside the formula: five actives, one capsule
A synbiotic combines beneficial bacteria with the compounds that support them.* Advanced TriSynbiotic™ brings together five active components in a single daily capsule, which is three probiotic strains plus one postbiotic, plus CoreBiome® Tributyrin. Each was selected to support a specific foundational function rather than to duplicate what a personalized formula already covers.*
They work as a system. The probiotics support the living environment of your gut, and the postbiotic delivers a beneficial compound your gut can put to work directly.*
The ingredients, and the science behind them
Akkermansia muciniphila, the gut-lining specialist*
(Postbiotic)
Akkermansia is one of the most closely studied bacteria in gut health, and for good reason. Naturally found in the mucus layer lining the intestine, it has been widely studied for its role in supporting gut barrier integrity and healthy immune function.* In Advanced TriSynbiotic™, pasteurized Akkermansia muciniphila acts as a postbiotic, providing beneficial bacterial components that help support a healthy intestinal lining and gut barrier function.*
Anaerobutyricum soehngenii CH106, the butyrate maker*
(Probiotic)
This strain does something unusual, it helps generate butyrate through fermentation of carbohydrates and lactate.* That matters because butyrate is a signaling molecule as well as a fuel. In a randomized, placebo-controlled human study, supplementation with A. soehngenii was associated with increased post-meal GLP-1 secretion, , the body's own hormone involved in appetite and glucose regulation, and it was found to be well tolerated.*[2] In this formula, the strain is included to assist butyrate conversion and to support your body's own natural GLP-1 response and healthy glucose metabolism when levels are already within the normal range.*
Bifidobacterium longum BB536, the balancer*
(Probiotic)
BB536 is one of the most clinically documented probiotic strains in the world, originally isolated from a healthy infant and studied in humans for decades. Research has explored its role in supporting immune function and maintaining a balanced gut microbiome.*[3] Here, it helps support a steady, balanced baseline and supports immune health.*
Lactiplantibacillus plantarum Lp815, for mood, sleep, and relaxation*
(Probiotic)
This strain produces GABA, a compound your body uses in its own calming and regulatory pathways.* In Advanced TriSynbiotic™ it offers additional support for mood, sleep, and relaxation, rounding out the foundation with the parts of gut health you feel beyond digestion.*
CoreBiome® Tributyrin, butyrate delivered directly
Butyrate is the primary energy source for the cells lining your colon, and it helps support the cells and structures that contribute to gut barrier integrity.* .[4] The challenge is that most butyrate taken on its own is absorbed too early to reach the colon. Tributyrin solves this by resisting stomach acid and releasing butyrate further along, where it is needed. In peer-reviewed in vitro testing, CoreBiome® Tributyrin raised butyrate levels and had a protective effect on the intestinal barrier.*[4] As the postbiotic in this formula, it delivers butyrate to support gut barrier integrity and a healthy inflammatory response.*
Why delivery matters: DuoCap®
A formula is only as good as what actually reaches your gut, and that is a real problem for probiotics and butyrate precursors, which are sensitive to stomach acid. Advanced TriSynbiotic™ uses patented DuoCap® capsule-in-capsule technology, which is a delayed release capsule nested inside another delayed release capsule so different ingredients can be protected and released where they are meant to work, rather than breaking down too early.*
This is a delivery system, not another active ingredient, and its job is precision. In a 2026 peer-reviewed study, the capsule-in-capsule design delivered up to four times the amount of an acid-sensitive active to the target region of the gut compared with a standard single capsule.[5] In other words, the right components arrive at the right place at the right time.
What to expect when you take it
Foundations take a little time to build, and results vary from person to person. Here is the general path.
Days 1–7
What's happening: Your gut begins adapting to daily support. Beneficial microbes, postbiotics, and butyrate begin supporting your gut environment and lining.*
What you may notice: You may notice small digestive changes as your microbiome adjusts.
Weeks 2–3
What's happening: Daily support continues as your gut foundation strengthens. The formula supports gut lining, butyrate availability, and microbial balance.*
What you may notice: Some people may notice improvements in digestive comfort and regularity.*
Week 4+
What's happening: Consistent daily use continues supporting your gut lining, microbial balance, healthy inflammatory response, and glucose metabolism.*
What you may notice: Around this time, you may begin to experience continued support for digestion and regularity, along with support for your body's natural GLP-1 signaling and a healthy appetite.*
Taking it is simple. It is one capsule a day, which makes it an easy habit to build and keep.
The bottom line
Gut health is not built on a single hero ingredient. It is built on a foundation, which is a resilient lining, a steady supply of butyrate, and a balanced baseline. Advanced TriSynbiotic™ was designed around exactly those functions, using ingredients with real science behind them and a delivery system built to get them where they belong. If you are looking to support your gut from the ground up, that is what this formula is for.*
