Agreement to Official Rules: By participating and signing up, you agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by the terms of this ATS Word Search Giveaway Sweepstakes website ("Sweepstakes Terms") of Viome Life Sciences, Inc. (the "Sponsor" or "Viome") and the official promotional rules specified herein applicable to the Sweepstakes ("Rules" or "Official Rules"), and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and comply with the Rules set forth herein.
In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Viome as final and binding as they relate to the content. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local sweepstakes and promotional laws.
By signing up, all entrants consent to receive marketing email and text messages (e.g., promos, cart reminders) from Viome and you agree to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of Viome and the Official Rules specified in these Sweepstakes Terms.
1. Eligibility: Each Viome Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to those who are at least 18 years old as of the date of entry. Entrants using Method 1 below must also follow Viome on Instagram (@Viome); entrants using the Mail-in Entry method described in Method 2 below are not required to follow Viome on Instagram or to have an Instagram account. The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the U.S. and it is void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor, their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, their immediate family members, and/or those living in the same household in each of the above categories are not eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
2. Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted online starting on or about September 12, 2026, and ending September 21, 2026. All online entries must be received by September 21, 2026, 11:59 PM PT. All Mail-in entries must be postmarked no later than September 20, 2026, and received no later than September 25, 2026.
3. How to Enter: The Sweepstakes entries must be submitted by
Method 1:
a) following Viome on Instagram (@Viome), b) commenting the first word you see in the word search grid in the comments section of the designated giveaway post(s), and c) liking the designated giveaway post(s).
Bonus Entries: Entrants may earn one (1) additional entry for each unique friend tagged in the comments section of the designated giveaway post(s). There is no limit on the number of additional entries an entrant may earn through tagging.
Method 2:
Send your full name, street address, city, state, zip code, email address, and telephone number on a standard 4″ x 6″ postcard and mail it to: Attn: ATS Word Search Sweepstakes, Viome Life Sciences, Inc., 10800 NE 8th St. Suite 910, Bellevue, WA 98004, USA. ("Mail-in Entry"). A Mail-in Entry constitutes one (1) entry and does not require completion of the steps described in Method 1.
The entry must fulfill all Sweepstakes requirements as specified in these Rules, to be eligible to win a Prize (as defined below). Entries that are not complete or do not adhere to these Rules or requirements specified may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Viome. Each entrant may submit one (1) base entry by completing the steps in Method 1, plus one (1) additional entry for each unique friend tagged in the comments section of the designated giveaway post(s), and you must provide all information marked as Required. Each tagged account must be a distinct, genuine account belonging to another individual; tagging the same account more than once, tagging accounts that do not belong to real individuals, or tagging accounts controlled by the entrant will not earn additional entries. You may not enter by using multiple email addresses, identities, accounts or devices in an attempt to circumvent these Rules. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the Rules, your submission may be removed from this Sweepstakes at the sole discretion of Viome, and you will be ineligible to participate in the Sweepstakes.
4. Prizes: By entering into this Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes entrants will have a chance to win the following prizes ("Prizes")*:

Three (3) winners will be selected to receive one (1) Prize each in this Sweepstakes.
The specifics of the Prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other Prize substitution is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion. The Prize is non-transferable. No substitution of Prize or transfer/assignment of Prize to anyone other than the entrant who signed up for the Sweepstakes or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted.
Any and all Prize-related taxes including all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the winner.
Acceptance of Prize constitutes permission for Viome Life Sciences, Inc. to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for the purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
5. Prize Conditions and Product Safety: Acceptance of the Prize is voluntary. The winner is under no obligation to accept the Prize and may decline it. By accepting the Prize, the winner chooses to receive and use Advanced TriSynbiotic™ at their own discretion.

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a Prize of comparable value, or to modify or discontinue the promotion, at any time where legally permitted.
As a condition of receiving the Prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless Viome Life Sciences, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any and all liability, claims, injury, loss, or damage arising from acceptance, possession, or use of the Prize. The winner assumes all risk associated with use of the product. This release is in addition to, and does not limit, the release set forth in Section 10 below.
6. Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7. Winner Selection and Notification:
Winners of the Sweepstakes will be selected on or around September 28, 2026, in a random drawing under the supervision of the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via direct message on Instagram from @Viome or, for Mail-in Entries, via the email address or telephone number provided, and winners must respond and claim the Prize within 48 hours of being notified. Winners will be announced on or around September 28, 2026 on Viome's Instagram account (@Viome). Sponsor reserves the right to delay or amend the announcement if a selected winner is disqualified, forfeits the Prize, or fails to respond within the required period and an alternate winner must be selected. Viome shall have no liability for a winner's failure to receive notices due to winner's spam or other security settings or for winner's provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning Instagram direct messages, email addresses, or telephone numbers.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the Prize within forty-eight hours (48) from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, Prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. The receipt by the winner of the Prize offered in this Sweepstakes is conditioned upon compliance with any and all federal and state laws and regulations.
ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION (AT SPONSOR'S SOLE DISCRETION) AS WINNER OF THE SWEEPSTAKES AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED.
8. Rights Granted by you: By entering this Sweepstakes you understand that Viome Life Sciences, Inc., anyone acting on behalf of Viome, or its respective licensees, successors and assigns will have the right, where permitted by law, without any further notice, review or consent to print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use, worldwide in any media now known or hereafter in perpetuity and throughout the World, your entry, including, without limitation, the entry and winner's name, email, phone number, portrait, picture, voice, likeness, image or statements about the Sweepstakes, and the identity as news, publicity or information and for trade, advertising, public relations, and promotional purposes without any further compensation.
9. Terms: Viome reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (in its sole discretion) should a virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. In such cases, Viome may select recipients from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Viome. Viome reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or website or violates these Sweepstakes Terms or the Rules.
Viome Life Sciences, Inc. has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Sweepstakes, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to, multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by sweepstakes rules; or the use of bots, macros or scripts or other technical means for entering.
Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, Viome reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of Liability: BY ENTERING YOU AGREE TO RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS VIOME AND ITS SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, ADVERTISING AND PROMOTION AGENCIES, PARTNERS, REPRESENTATIVES, AGENTS, SUCCESSORS, ASSIGNS, EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, AND DIRECTORS FROM ANY LIABILITY, ILLNESS, INJURY, DEATH, LOSS, LITIGATION, CLAIM OR DAMAGE THAT MAY OCCUR, DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, WHETHER CAUSED BY NEGLIGENCE OR NOT, FROM (I) SUCH ENTRANT'S PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES AND/OR HIS/HER ACCEPTANCE, POSSESSION, USE, OR MISUSE OF ANY PRIZE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF, (II) TECHNICAL FAILURES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE MALFUNCTIONING OF ANY COMPUTER, CABLE, NETWORK, HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE; (III) THE UNAVAILABILITY OR INACCESSIBILITY OF ANY TRANSMISSIONS OR TELEPHONE OR INTERNET SERVICE; (IV) UNAUTHORIZED HUMAN INTERVENTION IN ANY PART OF THE ENTRY PROCESS OR THE SWEEPSTAKES; (V) ELECTRONIC OR HUMAN ERROR WHICH MAY OCCUR IN THE ADMINISTRATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES OR THE PROCESSING OF ENTRIES.
11. Disputes: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Washington without respect to conflict of law doctrines. As a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, participant agrees that any and all disputes that cannot be resolved between the parties, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, shall be resolved individually, without resorting to any form of class action, and any dispute arisen between the parties to these Sweepstakes Terms or arising out of or in connection with this Sweepstakes, shall exclusively and be finally settled by arbitration in accordance with the rules for commercial arbitration of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") in effect at the time such arbitration is initiated. Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in King County, Washington, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding upon all parties.
Further, in any such dispute, under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, including reasonable attorneys' fees, other than participant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes), and participant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased.

All requests must be received no later than six (6) months following the entry's submission date.
